adidas Originals made an addition to their growing #ZXFamily by offering the runner the ZX Flux woven pack for Spring/Summer 2014, modern and minimal design the Weave pack comes in a variety of colorways and It said launches on March 29th at select adidas stockists.
Taking #ZXFamily street smarts into bold new territories, adidas Originals presents the ZX Flux Weave Pack. True to its task and even closer to the core, the Weave Pack’s singular woven upper writes a whole new chapter for ZX style. With clean graphic overlays and classic ZX accents, the foundations stay rooted and the form stays fluid. Committed to reflecting a unique South African Identity, Marianne Fassler remained true to her eclectic aesthetic of marrying unexpected textiles. The collection was a fresh contemporary elucidation on the current  (Plaid/Tartan) trend through graphical elements that explore the becoming of South Africa. She contrasts tribal leopard skins with formal British influences , threading her signature emphasis with the use colour to celebrate the rainbow nation,  intense use of animal print, dye, sheer with glittery detailing.



Topshop X adidas Originals


Topshop has collaborated with sportswear brand adidas Originals to create a 20-piece collection, available in stores as at the 20 March ( V&A Waterfront | Sandton City ). The infusion of sportswear with youthful femininity gives the collection versatility that can easily transcend as an everyday fashion staple and sports performance. 
The Topshop design team has raided the adidas Originals archives and reimagined heritage classics in unique street style looks. Classics are re-animated in bespoke prints and re-engineered by cutting edge designers to create the ultimate capsule collection. Iconic silhouettes have been taken right back to basics then cut up for a fresh take on urban favourites. Basic fits are slimmed down while attitude is ramped up.

Prints are inspired by London landscapes as Adidas Originals’ urban heritage comes out to play, preaching new rules and taking no prisoners. The iconic 3 stripes and trefoil shout out from graffiti graphics and high-rise repeats, staking their territory and winning the game.
