Stiaan Louw | SLA2 Homme Boy

By now you must have gathered that, I am a great fan Stiaan Louw's work from Atletiek to the more recent Lace and leather offering. SLA2 is a somewhat extension to Atletiek fusing Homo-eroticism with Sport-luxe influences. While the everyday South African men might some of his collections to be too provocative, Stiaan Louw's maintains his creative artistic expression to bring a collection that is not only wearable but unique. The SLA2 collection features key pieces such as, animal and tropical hybrid printed track pants, animal print fitted vest which is on my wish list and other pieces which draw inspiration from the streets of Cape Town.

The Great Gatsby Screening With Csquared.

It was a somewhat furry affair and yet again, I missed the memo.

Friday I attended the screening of one of the anticipated releases of the year, The Great Gatsby at Cavendish Square hosted by cutting edge menswear brand Csquared. Abundant with excitement to see the movie, all that came to a rather embarrassing low having to be moved from my seat due to Ster Kinekor's lack of org skills. While my pride told me to leave, my heart begged stay and so glad I did. 

The Great Gatsby gave the most fashion fantastic cinematic experience I ever had, which influenced my great desire to be born in the 20's, however considering my race I thought otherwise. The music, although sightly modern fitted the film so well (downloading in progress) is bound to give you a major emotional orgasm. If you haven't seen the Great Gatsby yet sweets, I hope you make a booking after reading this post, a guaranteed pure pleasure.

The crowd of celebrities,bloggers and fashion enthusiasts alike were treated to an evening of Jameson whiskey, sushi and music by Goldfish live. The  night was a unique showcase of concept store which offers destination to an unlimited possibilities of denim  from G-Star RAW's innovative  handcrafted denim objects from the Raw Essentials line, outerwear from Jacket Specialist,  the 3D arc denim, a few leather pieces, and accessories. The Store is located on the ground floor, shop 164 next door Mr Price.
