David Tlale's exhibition at the bromwell has certainly been a fashion love affair highlight at the recent AFI Cape Town fashion week. The presentation composed of both intricate and simple ensemble that literally spoke volumes, in the ever classic black and white with a bit of leather embrace.

I was not entirly moved by the Fabiani s/s2012 collection at the AFI Cape Town fashion week, however I love that in addititon to there aesthetic of tailored suits and hints of prints, they challange South African man to player round with colour.
Lalesso, Dax Martin and Undacova brought about a fashion love affair with summer with there resort and swimwear collection. Lalesso was more resort with a chic flowy tribal insipired prints, Dax Martin played around with floral prints to give us a new take on summer, while underwear brand Undacova brought fun in sexy and had the ladies swooning over the half naked man.
The fashion love affairs continue with AFI Cape Town fashion week and Gavin Rajah, who introduced an elegant Jaipur collection that is somewhat resort. Although the event was invitations only, we got to see the amazing collection on Live-streaming.
The Jaipur collection draws inspiration from the exotic pink city with a touch of Western influences, the opening ready to wear collection featured delicate silk and chiffon in pink and black to the classic blacks and whites with fine details and eccentric jewellery to match.
