Sunglass Hut Out Of The Box Party

Hello sweets, Thursday marked the last day of my exams and what better way to celebrate than the Sunglass Hut Out of The Box party held at the North Wharf of V&A waterfront courtesy a fashion friend.Although Mother nature was a bit on her bitchy side and served us with major amounts of winds, the party was to said summer is here with the launch of the little piece of heaven, where we got an exclusive look at the limited edition designer sunglass collections to hit the stores next year. Oh did a mention that everyone got R1000 off their next pair of shade?, unfortunately  I didn't have the time to shop as a guess jeans event to attend. I found myself beyond fashionably late and missed the fashion show but I had fun still.

Sunglass Hut | Inner Circle Shoot.

I had an amazing opportunity  to rub shoulders and be part of  a photo-shoot with the ever so gorgeous Jeannie D  courtesy of Sunglass Hut  | Inner circle. Inner circle is  a platform that gives Sunglass Hut fans the opportunity to interact with the brand and boy did I interact.

It was all fun at the 6Love studios before the shoot until Jeannie graced us with her presence. 

I went from nervous to totally starstruck then back to nervous again, after having a bit of a chat with her, I was totally amped for the shoot. I could not help but smile through out the shoot and the results? well see for yourself. 

Thanks yet again Sunglass Hut, I also got a pair of classic ray ban aviators to add to my collection (Yayness)

J&B Met | Made different

The somewhat rich and not so famous, groovers and shaker, the fashion junkies and the thousands who seek to enjoy the intensity of life gathered at 35th J&B Met on 28th January. It’s was an event different to all others brought one of my fav whisky that’s made equally different.

Made different’ calls on supporters to challenge the status quo and to break the rules of fashion. Make your outfit from something truly different, wear what traditionally should not be worn, but whatever you do, make sure you do it differently.

The near 40 degree heat didn’t keep the crowds away as thousands flocked to Kenilworth Racecourse in celebration of this year’s J&B Met and I was there to capture the moments- well, that's at least until my digital cam died out on me.
