I have always had great admiration for the brand adriaan Kuiters, mainly ( more now than before) for the new approach to South African menswear, which seems to be a somewhat of a transition from the aesthetic we came to know three years ago. What began as a mere admiration turn into a strong love affair when the collaboration with my once upon a crush, artist Jody Paulsen began amid the MBFWCT last year.
The AW14 marks a second collaborative collection by designer Keith Henning and Jody Paulsen and also a second offering in womenswear. Following the recent emblazon at MBFWJ ramp which featured the classic checks, new age fit knit, shirts with extra length sleeve and artistic graphic prints of sections of the human anatomy. The AW14 campaign captures some of the element that the range draws influences from.
The campaign was photographed by Nico Krijno.
