G-Star Raw Launch | Canal Walk

Functional raw denim pioneers, G-star  RAW opened yet another concept store at Canal Walk in Century city, an addition the existing V&A Waterfront store in the Mother City . The crowd of celebrities,bloggers and fashion enthusiasts alike were treated to an evening of Jameson whiskey, sushi and music by Goldfish live. The  night was a unique showcase of concept store which offers destination to an unlimited possibilities of denim  from G-Star RAW's innovative  handcrafted denim objects from the Raw Essentials line, outerwear from Jacket Specialist,  the 3D arc denim, a few leather pieces, and accessories. The Store is located on the ground floor, shop 164 next door Mr Price.

Topshop | Topman Launch Cape Town

The excitement and anticipation to the opening of Topshop in Cape Town was rather too much to be kept bottled, which lead to the development of stalker tendencies, I kid you not. I followed the Topshop and Topman street team on three various occasions, hoping to be one the recipients of the gift cards the were giving away,  I was however unfortunate at the quest. Yes sweets! it's totes true,  über-edgy street style retailer Topshop with a division of  Topman has finally landed in the Mother City and found a perfect home at the V&A Waterfront. I was fortunate enough to get an event to the launch, fashion media and fashion enthusiasts gathered to admire the 960 square meter of clothing, shoes, accessories and cosmetics line. From trendy OTT footwear to London inspired edgy-chic streets clothing, the store has it all. The quality range on offer is updated on a weekly basis and it's in line with any other Topshop | Topman store in the global village so be prepared to be spoilt for choice.  Topshop | Topman also a premium in-house designed collections, Unique for the ladies and Topman design for the gents available only twice a year. I certainly had fun and the launch and I'll be sure to give Topshop | Topman a visit when I'm not so broke. adidas Originals | Opening Ceremony

Following the previous collaboration that had a strong focus on swimming and cycling, the AO x OC spring/summer 2013 installment shifts it's focus to a series of  pieces inspired by running and tennis. The use of print and stripes creates a mode that is contemporary sport-lux chic.
